What if “doing too much” has nothing to do with how much you’re doing?
You think. You react. You manage. You fix. You anticipate. You try to make the feeling go away, solve the problem, or figure out what happens next.
But what if the first thing you need isn’t another solution?
Why You Can’t Let It Go
A Masterclass on Doing Too Much
Learn how to create space between what you’re experiencing and the awareness underneath it — and discover what changes when every thought, feeling, and urgency no longer gets to become an instruction.

I’M READY TO DO LESS + RECEIVE MOREThis masterclass is for you if…
You’re tired of feeling like everything requires something from you.
A thought comes up — you have to figure it out.
A feeling hits — you have to do something with it.
Someone else is upset — you start managing the room.
Something feels uncertain — your mind starts running scenarios.
A problem appears — you’re already three steps into solving it.
You may find yourself:
- replaying conversations and trying to decode what they meant
- reacting to urgency before deciding whether something is actually urgent
- trying to fix uncomfortable feelings as soon as they appear
- mentally preparing for problems that haven’t happened
- carrying other people’s emotions, expectations, or needs into your own internal world
- overthinking what to say, what to do, what something means, or what comes next
- knowing you want to “let go,” but finding yourself right back inside the same thought, feeling, or reaction
And maybe the problem isn’t that you’re bad at letting go.
Maybe you’ve gotten so used to responding to everything you experience that you’ve forgotten there can be space between what happens inside you and what you do next.
“Just let it go.”
People say this all the time.
Let it go.
Stop thinking about it.
Don’t let it bother you.
Move on.
Okay… how?
Because if letting go were as simple as deciding to stop caring, you probably would have done it already.
The problem is that most of us were never taught what letting go actually requires.
Before you can release something, you have to be able to see it without becoming it.
To notice:
This is a thought.
This is a feeling.
This is urgency.
This is pain.
And I am the one experiencing it.
That little bit of space changes everything.
Not because the thought disappears.
Not because the feeling stops existing.
But because you are no longer completely fused with it.
That’s what we’ll begin practicing inside Why You Can’t Let It Go.

Inside: Why You Can’t Let It Go
In this 90-minute live masterclass, we’ll explore what actually happens between having an experience and automatically becoming consumed by it.
You’ll learn how to:
Recognize “doing too much” before it becomes more
doing—
including overthinking, fixing, managing, reacting, and trying to control what happens next.
Notice the difference between an experience and your awareness of it—
so a thought, feeling, or moment of urgency doesn’t automatically become you.
Create space before you respond
through a simple experiential practice we’ll do together live.
You won’t leave with another list of things to work on.
You’ll leave with a different way to notice what’s already happening.
You may still have the thought.
You may still feel the feeling.
The situation may not immediately change.
But you do.
What changes when there’s finally some space?
You begin to notice the moment before the reaction.
You start to recognize urgency without automatically obeying it.
You can feel discomfort without immediately trying to fix it, explain it, or make it disappear.
You may find yourself thinking:
“I’m aware that this is happening… and I don’t have to become it.”
That creates room for something different.
More clarity.
More choice.
More presence.
Less mental noise.
Less emotional scrambling.
Less doing for the sake of doing.
And eventually, more ability to hear what is actually true for you underneath all the reaction.
That’s the beginning of surrender.
Not checking out.
Not giving up.
Not becoming passive.
Just loosening your grip enough to experience yourself differently inside your own life.
And that’s what we’ll begin practicing together inside Why You Can’t Let It Go.
Why I teach this
No matter what I tried, I felt like I was getting nowhere.
I was carrying the weight of the world, and it was taking a toll on my body, mind, and soul.
I felt unseen, unheard, and completely out of place.
I was looking for an escape because I didn’t know how to escape what I felt like I was carrying.
What I couldn’t see then was that carrying all of that weight had become part of my identity.
I wasn’t just experiencing the pressure — I was living from it.
My pain, my reactions, my need to figure things out, fix things, and somehow force life into place had become so intertwined with who I was that I couldn’t see where the experience ended and I began.
Until something broke open.
I began to recognize what I was feeling while I was feeling it.
And suddenly there was a choice.
I could see the reaction without automatically becoming the reaction.
I could notice what I was feeling without letting it decide what happened next.
I could stop trying to force, fix, and control every moving piece.
That space changed everything.
It became the beginning of presence for me — and from there, surrender stopped being an abstract spiritual idea and became something I could actually experience.
That shift opened the door to deeper meditation, a profound spiritual awakening, and an entirely different relationship with myself and my life.
This masterclass exists because I want to show you the doorway I couldn’t see when I was carrying all of that weight.
What if the problem was never how much you were doing?
What if somewhere along the way, the weight you carried stopped being something you experienced — and became something you used to define yourself?
Maybe it’s time to find out who you are when you don’t have to hold everything quite so tightly.

Bring something to write with — and bring one thing you’ve been overthinking, over-managing, reacting to, or trying to force into place.
We’ll use the class to explore what’s actually happening underneath that pattern, and practice creating space between what you’re experiencing and what you do next.
